My name is Malak Baker. I’m an operations and business development consultant helping small business owners and remote service providers modernize outdated systems and run day-to-day operations with less manual work.

That includes meeting you where you are with technology and creating clear, usable standard operating procedures so you can confidently maintain what we put in place.
